Frontline, Peterborough

Cube acoustic booths and Organics cork tiles to provide help provide acoustic comfort in the open plan.

Fit out firm COEL was tasked with delivering a modern, stylish and collaborative workspace for Frontline, a magazine distribution company based in Peterborough.

In addition to general working areas one would expect, COEL included a range of flexible, creative meeting, and breakout spaces to the plan.

However, aware of the acoustic complexities of such a scheme, COEL approached Creatif to deliver several solutions. Three Cubes were installed in the main breakout space to afford Frontline’s staff some privacy within a predominantly social space.

Within a number of space’s meeting rooms, a selection of blue and natural-coloured Organics cork tiles were installed to provide extra acoustic comfort. These textured tiles complimented the overall the use of fabrics and other raw materials throughout the space.

All work on this project was fast-tracked and completed within a tight 10-week window.
