Multrees Investor Services, Edinburgh

Creating interior storage solutions with Constructif.

Scottish financial services provider Multrees has recently taken up residence in the heart of Edinburgh,  at 40 Princes Street.

Working to a tight timescale, Anchorpoint Interiors transformed the existing space into a flexible, open-plan working space with collaboration at its core.

Without any traditional walls or partitions, there was a need to effectively zone the office and define different “areas” within the space. Aware of what Constructif offers the modern workspace, the Anchorpoint team approached us and asked us to create a number of bespoke units for the fit out.

After going through these proposals, we put the designs into production and manufactured the required units per specification.

This included a tiered seating arrangement (Stadia) to create a seminar space at one end of the office, a right-angled shelving unit to aid zoning and provide additional storage space, and a horizontal unit to sit within the boardroom.

These were all powder coated in Graphite Grey (RAL 7024) to match the office’s colour scheme, with the bench seating made from birch ply, and Whisper panels and inserts used to decorate the two shelving units.

By including Constructif – and maximising its potential as a bespoke design medium – Anchorpoint was able to meet the client’s brief for an open, agile and collaborative office.
