TotallyMoney, London

Simple, stylish Constructif shelving units.

On the back of a period of sustained business growth and the rapid expansion of its team, TotallyMoney needed to move into bigger and better premises.

After finding a space at the crossroads of London’s economic and tech heartlands, the finance firm brought in Thirdway Interiors to oversee the design and fit out of its new home.

Moving into bigger premises brought about challenges. As Thirdway said themselves, a key part of the brief and their design was finding the right balance between the freedom of a spacious office and the ‘fixed’ nature of different zones.

To find that balance, Thirdway’s in-house furniture team at Tribe approached us to create a series of free-standing Constructif units to gently divide up the expansive, open plan space.

Each unit features black frames and black shelving, to match with the scheme’s chic industrial aesthetics and was then dressed according to its location. One unit, located downstairs between the reception area and the breakout space, was adorned with biophilic features. Another, located upstairs in the mezzanine library, is home to numerous reference books and board games.

After moving in, TotallyMoney CEO, Alastair Douglas, commented; “it’s not just a new office, it’s the next step for TotallyMoney. “The space is conducive to all the hard work that goes on day-to-day, as well as the cultural aspects of TotallyMoney that are central to who we are.”

Key to that is the flexible use and division of space – made possible thanks to Constructif.
